Sound Files
The sound files on this website are mp3 files. Most computers can play these files with no difficulty, but this varies with the computer's operating system as well as the web browser being used.
Known issues
The "Safari" Web Browser will play the sound when the "Play Sound" link is clicked but requires an internet plugin for the landing page sound.
I Can't hear sound when I click "Play" links.

Make sure your computer's speakers are turned on and the volume is "up". Try the link again.

If that did not work an alternate method of listening to the sound is to click on the "Select" link associated with the sound you wish to listen to. When the new window opens click on the "Test the Landing Page" link. The sound should play when the new page opens.

If you are running Windows Vista and Vista will not download and play Mp3 files. Here are the steps to get it fixed:
- Go to Control Panel, double-click "Default programs"
- Click "Associate a file type or protocol with a program" - takes a few seconds to load the list.
- Double-click the file-type under the "name" column (such as ".mp3"). It is probably showing something already, like "Windows Media Player", but don't believe it.
- Now you'll have a list of "Recommended Programs". Double click the one you want. I chose "Windows Media Player" even though it was already "supposedly" set to that. Again, it will show "loading" at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds. It should now work, try again.

The current time is shown and is bases on a 24 hour day (see Time Conversions below).

The timer can only be set for the current day.

Select the hour of the day that you want your prank to begin from the drop down menu. Select the minutes and seconds accordingly.

Click on the "Set Timer" button. This will lock in the time you selected.

If you made a mistake and wish to change the set time click on the "Reset" button. That will allow you to change the time settings.
